Default Front drive pulley questions

Hey y'all, I have some questions on replacing the front drive pulley. First off, aluminum or steel? Second, anybody recommend a decent brand of replacement? The other though is do I change tooth count? I guess Im kind of happy with the 32 tooth but looking for ideas from ya.

Replacing pulley due to the spline being blown out.

Andrews would be the first place I'd go.

Based on cost I would replace it with a stock HD piece. The aluminum ones are lighter but I doubt you could tell the difference in acceleration.

Not sure as to why you would go to all the trouble of changing that gear if you are replacing it with the exact same tooth count.
If you go to a 30T gear, that would make it worth it. I changed my Street Bobs to a 30T from an HD Trike.
Andrews would be the best after market gear.

Believe me, I wouldn't be doing it if I didn't HAVE to.

Good reason to change a pulley!
