160 rear tire on a Blackline

I put the Commander II 150 on my Blackline and there is lots of clearance left..looks like there would be *just* enough room to fit a 160 under the fender (and I'm riding really low) I can easily slide a finger between my tire and the inside of the fender..1/2" or so?
Not sure the tire would look that great on that skinny 3.5" rear rim though..would have some pretty big sidewall bulge. I've read on here some guys running the Dyna 4.5" rear wheel with a 160 but I'm yet to find any pictures.

Here in Brazil some guys are using 180/65 (rear) and 120/70 (front) with original rims...

IMO it's so ugly and dangerous... Tires seem fatty balloons and the bike gets too high!!!
I put the Commander II 150/80 and 80/90.
I only have this pic:

NO one will ever notice the difference between a 150 and 160...why take the chance? When you cut a brand new tire trying to get that last little extra in there you won't be happy...don't ask me how I know.

Ok. I pulled out at the last minute and changed the order to a 150! Lucky really as the Avon Cobra is around 152mm. Now it's fitted I would think that a 160 would be too tight in the standard fender. For those interested I will post a couple of before and after pics. And, thanks for the advice all! Much appreciated words of wisdom in there!

That's s huge 150 and brings up a great point when dealing with tire sizes; you really, really have to compare specific manufacturers specs and compare apples to apples! The Dunlop 160 May have very well fit compared to the tire you did get. Good call though as that tire filled it up nicely.
