Default Pipe decision ?

Which V & H Pipes to get for best sound (not too loud) . I am looking at Longshots, Bigshots, or True Duals. Any thoughts? Thanks.

I am currently running big shot longs on my Heritage and they sound pretty good.Pretty loud with the normal baffles but i got quiet baffles in them at the moment which deepens the note.

Not obnoxious loud but will still set car alarms off.

Good luck......

Big Shots here with the normal baffles. Loud enough to let people know you're there but not so loud that you start to **** everyone off in a 5 block radius

I've got Hooker Long shots on mine. IMO they sound alot better than the V&H.

I've got the BSS with straight cut ends...love the exhaust sound level, love the tone!

I have the Python Staggard duels...they are actually made by V&H and sold by Drag Specialties. They look just like the Bigshot staggards but they are cheaper and they don't have removable tips. I liked the look of the pipes without a break at the tip like the V&H pipes. The also accept all the V&H baffles if you ever want a quiet one.

There are plenty of pipes to pick from and depending on what type of bike you and the look your going for some may look better than others. Check out the warrantees on the product and try to go to a bike meet or something so you may find someone with the pipes you like and hear them. Nothing worst than having a set of pipes that you cant stand to hear. Take your time do it right do it once

I had the V&H BSS with quiet baffles on my '05 Deuce with the Stage II (95") kit and now have an '07 Deluxe with the V&H Tru-Duals and quiet baffles. On both bikes the baffles removed thesharpness and seemed to deepen the sound. No complaints and lots of compliments on both, even from the service guys at the dealerships.
