Well, now that you point it out. Yeah, that area needs to be addressed. Not sure about what others have done.
That is an issue I found when painting my bike a lighter color. Now that you have light colored tins all these little areas are gonna be popping up now and catching your eyes. What you do with those areas will set your bike apart from the crowd.
By the way, take that plastic rock guard off and go to a body shop. See if they can paint it to match the white on the tins. Or, I think Harley used to sell a chrome rock guard. Look into that.

I honestly don't know what to do with the brake line. More than likely gonna order the PM Rear brake caliper to help the swingarm fit in. May reroute the line then.
No shotgun yet. That's for people who have money...lmao
Lose the belt guards?
Darn. I just ordered the HD Shor'tee.

Still debating powder coating the frame white.

What happened to the front fender you went to all the trouble getting fitted? Bike looks good and just my opinion, but the big custom fender in the back balances out better with a front fender. If you are going to ditch front fender for good, the shorter stock rear fender would match up better.

My painter, Nub, stays very busy. He has a wait time of approximately 10 weeks. He does really great work and is definitely worth the wait. Both him and his assistant go above and beyond for their clients.
He fitted the fender the day NSR rode up there, because he would have a Breakout at that time to drill the holes in the correct spot.
The fender had to have the misplaced holes filled in and make a trip to the body shop.
Then it could be sent back to Nub for repaint.
Now after the long story, the short story is im still waiting on the fender.
I spoke to Nub's assistant Vanessa last week and she thought it would be ready this week or next.
I'll be excited to get it back. It really makes the bike look better.

Got my front fender back and mounted. Bike is starting to look fabulous (at least to me.)
Still a few things I need to do, like front turns signals and such.
Don't know if you can tell but I removed the black plastic rock guard. I sent it and my old tank console to Brendan (the guy that fabricated my fenders.)
Hoping he will build me a metal rock guard that I can paint to match the bike and a tank console that I can chrome. Then she will be even more one of a kind!

Yep - the front fender balances things out. Looks good with it on.
See that little silver bracket that the ignition is mounted to? ...perfect place for air ride switches... just sayin' lol.....
Are you going to ditch the front signals or chrome them?
....wonder what it'd look like with the frame powder coated silver...
