Good catch on that front fender. I think the fender is mounted too high off the tire and that's why it's not flowing good with the tire.
When I did my front fender I made sure I made the mounting holes a bit bigger than the bolts I was using. This way I can adjust the fender a bit as far as tilting the front of it up or down.
You might have to do something with those mounting holes. Gonna suck if you do cause its already painted. No one will notice paint issues there though.
My front fender already has a couple of knicks on it in that area and it's only 2 months old Lolol.

I've been thinking about taking it back to the dealer and telling them to fix their mistake. I've been wondering if that's why they took so long about giving it back to me. If they knew it was crooked and hoped I wouldn't notice.
Also noticed a scratch on my fender strut. Looks like when they were tightening it up it slipped out and scratched it. Sad part is, they just came back from chrome.
Alain, I noticed yesterday I scarred up my oil tank behind the exhaust when I changed exhausts. That's the reason I normally pay someone to do the work for me.

Ahhhhh!!! Nothing worse than the first gouge on a brand new paint job. It happens dude. Don't be so hard on yourself about scratching the oil tank. I was the same way when I started to do all my own work.
I was banging and clanking wrenches all over the place Lolol. You will learn just like I did to take your time, you'll become an expert in problem solving, you'll learn patience with yourself (a skill that I was in desperate need to learn) and your hands will do things you never imagined they could do hahaha.
From now on when you're gonna do work on the sled use painters tape man, put tape on anything you think you might clank a wrench on. The mods you do have that much more meaning when you do them yourself. That to me is huge, YOU built YOUR bike......I speak from personal experience there. I very much enjoy being able to say that I did the work.
If youre not into that then that's cool too man.
One other reason I do all my work is that I don't have to worry about someone else ****ing up my ride AND THEN charging me for the work Lolol. If I screw something up its on me, I have a really hard time accepting it when others don't do their jobs correctly, are careless while doing their work or don't care enough to do it right.
I wish you luck if you take it back to the dealership and get into it with them about your front fender. It'll probably be a pain in the ***.

At first sight I thought that the radius of the fender in the lower section is smaller than in the upper section just right and left of the mounting latches. For me it's hard to tell due to the photos taken from an angle. I would check both, radius of the fender curve and mounting position related to the front axle....

Seems like you would be able to remove the top two bolts and loosen the lower bolts then push the top of the fender down some which would push the lower fender away from the tire/wheel. See if you can split the difference on the gaps so the fender radius matches more closely the wheel radius. Hopefully, that makes sense to someone other than me, lol.
***Another vote for blue painters tape!*** Put some on that fender for sure if you decide to start moving it around!

Dealer says they mounted it correctly.
Fabricator says they mounted it incorrectly.
He said he has never had any problems with his fenders. Even though he does not believe he made a mistake, he says he believes he can save my fender by filling in their holes and remounting it.
Only problem, he doesn't have a Breakout. I'm in Arkansas and he's in northern CA.
Considering pulling the sliders and shipping him the wheel, sliders, and fender.
Any suggestions or thoughts?

Damn dude, what a pain in the *** that would be just to get the fender mounted correctly.
What about the paint after he fills the holes? Is the paint a plain color in that area? If it is then it might be easy to touch the area up after filling it in.
Maybe someone will chime in with an easier solution than sending the fabricator all those parts.
First try to figure out what would fix the problem. If the fender needs to be mounted a little closer to the tire that should be an easy fix. maube you can use a drill bit and reshape the holes in an oval shape so that you can move the fender down lower to the tire.

He said he would be gentle and try to keep from messing with anything besides the white. Then I would need to send it back to Nub for repaint.
He says the easiest thing to do is place 3/8 fuel line on the tire. He tried and tried to get me to do it.... I took it to them bc I was afraid I would do worse.
Guy at the dealer says holes are large and wouldn't be able to manipulate it.
I got half a mind to just ship the whole bike. This could fix several issues:
1. Fix messed up fender
2. Get a suitable cover fabbed for the coil
3. Get a tank console made
