Default Which pipe sounds better - Bassani RR long meg 2-1. OR Rinehart 2-1

Hi guys,
Just lookin for some feedback on these two pipes for a Fatboy Lo....

I like the look of the Rinehart better, but how loud is it? I don't want an obnoxious loud pipe.

Can't really tell much from the few youtube clips, but the Bassani RR sounds a bit more mellow.

Thanks.

I have a Bassani RR Long mega. I love the sound of it. Loud but not obnoxiously loud. I posted it in the Exhaust forum in the sound thread sticky at the top of the page. Mine is in the last page. I also have vids of it pre-cam upgrade. Can't speak for the Rhineharts cause I've never heard them up front.

Also when listening to the clips use good head phones or play on surround sound stereo and you'll get a better idea.

Can anyone comment on the Rinehart 2-1?? Is it a very loud pipe?

You just can't tell from the crappy youtube clips and one sounds mellow and the other sounds obnoxiously loud...

My deluxe had a Rinehart 2-1 when I bought it. It's no where near new, but it was loud. Stupid loud. I kept the header and built a new muffler from automotive stuff. More gooder.

No dyno tune. I have a powervision tuner with a canned tune from S&S to match my cams and pipe. I doubt you'll be able to tell the performance difference between various 2 into 1 pipes. When choosing between them go with the one you think looks and sounds the best to you.

I've got a Rinehart 2-1 on my Dyna. It is loud at idle. But it's got a deep throaty tone. At speed when riding, in my opinion it is not loud. Previously the bike had Rush slip-ons and at speed I feel that it isn't any louder than that for comparison purposes. I had a Samson 2-1 on my Sportster and that thing was LOUD. It was a real long pipe and I preferred to wear earplugs when on the highway.
