I have them on my Fatboy and in the cooler weather I wouldn't be caught without them. I slotted the mounting holes (see image) so that I don't have to remove the mounting hardware completely to get them off...just loosen the screws and they're off !!!

That was a really good idea with the slots cut man. I couldn't mount them backwards like that on my heritage because of the turn signals below the driving lights. But excellent idea

These Work very well put these on my 2004 heritage. They are a tight fit around the turn signals and engine guard just take your time and make the fine adjustment and you will like them very much! They really make the ride quiet and enjoyable I can ride up to about 50 mph with a ball cap with the bill forward no problem

Default My new fork wind deflectors, or "fangs"

I read through several threads and the posts on this forum and decided to go ahead and get a set of fangs. Me personally, I don't mind the wind buffeting, it's the rain blowing up and blurring/blocking my vision I am concerned with. I'm taking a road trip this wknd so maybe I'll get a chance to get caught in the rain and see how well they work. I think they look better than I thought they would. If they help keep the rain from blowing in my face and glasses, I'll leave them on. I'll report back later after I've been through a rain storm or two.

All loaded up and ready to hit the road!

I went with the HD version & had them powdercoated black.
Took a bit of "fitting" to get my QD windshield to work with them.
I ride 90% of the time without the windshield. They really work
with or without the windshield on the wind buffetting. I would
rather have a solution where they're mounted to the QD windshield
so I take both off at the same time, but I haven't looked into that
much yet. Here's some pics.

Default You knew somebody was going to do it.

HD Fangs work great! Less helmet buffeting, and it keeps the bugs out of my beard!
