Trying to decide between a sundowner seat or the Danny Gray buttcrack solo and pillion. Anybody have experience with both of these? I've read good things about both but the DG is relatively new so I'm not sure if anybody has really seen both.

I know there's quite a few, but I've yet to find anybody who has compared, which is what I'm trying to find.

 

Tried them both, first the DG found it a bit hard and it placed you even further from the bars, ok if you are tall but I am not.
Sold it and got a sundowner driver and passenger, very happy with it, very comfortable seat, but it does not look as nice as DG, for me comfort wins every time.

 

Thanks for the response. Because I also am a short guy I went ahead and ordered the sundowner. Hopefully the woman will be happier now

 

If you are going from the stock pillion to the sundowner version, your old lady will be much happier. I know mine was!
