Not an expert on softies, but I think it started life as a Fat Boy based on the FL forks and solid wheels. I like it.

Based on living over here for a while, I would almost guarantee it it is European. German or Dutch I bet.

interesting looking. I be embarrassed to be seen on it, but it is kinda cool. the front turn signals are inventive.
