Default Do I need to port my throttle body?

I'm did the FuelMoto 107" with TW-777 cams and will be doing the level B heads. Just curious if I need to port my throttle body?

Thanks in advance!

you don't have to port it, but it may help increase peak hp numbers.

How many mm's is the stock throttle body?, would a larger throttle body utilize all the big bore kit has to offer?, or would a ported stock throttle body be sufficient enough?

I think stock softail is 46mm, touring models have 50mm. Would probably be a good idea to upgrade to SE 50mm.

After doing more research on it, I have found that you only gain about 2 HP. I can see dong it if a person wants to gain every ounce of TQ and HP out of their build. I'm not sure I'm sold on doing it.

The person to ask would be jaime at fuel moto. He will be able to give you a the scoop so you could make a decision to whether its worth it to you.
