Default Mustache Vs Standard Engine Guard



Hello, I am new to the forum and am looking for help. This is my first post so be easy on me please.... I am looking for opinions on what you think will fit the look of my bike best, the standard or the mustache engine guard.

I put the mustache guard on a similar looking, blacked out Slim.
I just like the lower profile look. Besides, the protection is the same.

JAM436 - Where did you get the black Visor for the headlight and passing lamps? I have been looking for months but cant find them!

Most buy the chrome and then get it powder coated. I have not seen anything wider than a stock size in black.

Gommee, Thanks, that is what I was planning to do because I couldn't find them anywhere. I contacted Harley and they said that they would put it on there list basically.:-)

Having had both I've come to appreciate the lines of the Mustache bar. It also makes fitment on a Heritage {not an issue for you} regarding the turn signals. The reach to the top of the bar is also nice. As a shortish rider, I can reach the foot rests easier.

Yeah, that's what I did, but I could swear I just read a post here somewhere in the last 2 weeks or so saying that H-D was now offering them in black.
I haven't picked up a '15 Parts & Accessories catalog so I can't confirm one way or the other...
