Default backrest for stock seat????

Looking to remove the passenger pillion off an 07 heritage classic and go solo. Wondering if there is an after market backrest to sit on that ugly 2 bolt bracket behind the seat? Am tempted to fab one at this point. MAKO

I bought the following: http://www.protac.net/index.htm
I decided to buy a mustang solo seat instead - it is on it's way. I would be willing to sell you mine - in excellent condition and only about a month old for $90 plus shipping. Let me know if you are interested.

It is just a back rest. I am not sure it would fit a fat boy - you would have to ask the manufacturer

How does the Protak backrest attach? Can you post pics? Was it worth the $90? They offer a money back guarantee minus an $8 restocking fee, so it seems reasonable to try it.

Here are some pics. I made one modification to the bracket. The rod from the backrest moved with in the bracket so I added the set screw. With a little bule locktite not movement! see the second pic. I paid $120 not $90
