I've had Boss Bags since 08. There a well made bag, I've only good to say about them. Not sure what straps you are talking about.

Default Boss Bags

From owning Boss Bags and seeing their products on other bikes they are best quality.Whatever you buy from boss will be good but expensive.

The first and best mod I did to my 09 Heritage. Almost 40,000 miles and my bags look new. Straps were not an option on mine. Later Heritage bags already have longer ones.

I had Boss Bags restore my '05 bags. They were in good shape but in need of conditioning.

BB cleaned and conditioned them, put in the stiffener kit, installed new straps and added a locking kit.

I believe my bags looks better than new bikes (with collapsed covers).

You will not be disappointed.

Boss Bags stiffener and locking kit is one of the BEST things I've done for my Heritage. Well worth the money!

Just wondering if you notice any less room in the bags after the boss treatment?
