Here you go. Bought the bike this way. Guy gave me all the paperwork so I might be able to find the part numbers for these lines if you want.
I'd sure as heck like to have these parts numbers! Looks like a setup where the return line is flexible enough to be pulled out without removing the header (even with the OEM setup)

I know this is an old post but I also didn't like it to look like every other Softail on the planet so I made my own. Maybe this will help others that want to change things. I used 3/8" and 1/2" Brass lines. The oil tank lines were the challenge until I soldered a collar around the 3/8" brass line to match the OEM. I also had to find compression fittings that would work on my engine. No leaks and I like the look.
sorry to revive an old post but I am trying to make very similar lines to replace my OEM oil lines. What connectors are those you used to connect your braided lines to the hard lines? Also what compression fittings did you go with on the engine side?
Beautiful setup by the way
Not sure why it doesn't show on here but I got the links 👍🏼 thank you for that. How did you end up soldering the bead to fit the OEM quick connects? I’m torn between that or a “cheap” beading tool that uses ball bearings to creat the bead from the inside of the tube
I cut a thin piece of copper and fit it over the brass line then I used silver solder to attach it. I then filed it to the exact width. The photo shows the prototype. No leaks.

Beautiful handy work, hope mine turns out that well 🤙🏼 thanks for the pointers
