One piece of advise is when you get it all done and test ride make sure and stop frequently and check the zeuses/bail head fasteners on the bags to make sure they are good I had one that wouldn't hold and kept vibrating out was on my first short ride to town and they came loose and I got to see my newly painted bag sliding down the road, do I pulled them and off and bolted them on with 1/4" bolts, they are not quick detach now but honestly how often do you pull bags off

Pretty cool build!
The only flaw I see is the exhaust cut out on your fender. It should match the cut out in the bags, so the lines flow evenly.
But like I said cool build!

I would want floorboards if it was me.
Delux front fender is an easy add-on too. So much can be done. Best is low effort, high impact items. But I know we ain't done yet here LOL
