Looks nice! Go get a job at the MOCO designing air cleaners. They need some assistance. SJ Ron

I just might give that a try. And then tell all my friends it was my idea!! Any hints on the best way to make the cuts?

I did the same thing. I used an angle grinder to get the initial cut, then chucked it up in a drill press and used a file to get it nice and round.

Thanks guys. I used a metal cut off wheel with my dremel tool. Then I used an angle grinder and rounded out the edges smooth. Finished it up with a 120 grit wet sand. Had everything laying around in my garage so total cost was $0.00

I'm confused. You cut out the round part, but you're showing a picture of the accessory skull cover on the air cleaner. What happened to the original part you cut from the football?
