Breakout fender strut bolts...

Really....
[QUOTE=Skeezmachine;13507841]Those "ugly cheap bolts" are in fact a high strength grade 8 bolt
A breaker bar gives you additional torque which is all you need. I don't care how strong you are.
Thanks Skeezmachine, that makes total sense. FYI, I will be using a chrome plated high strength grade 8 steel bolt, put that in your MOCO OEM praise. Is that what a breaker bar does, wow modern science.... I don't care how strong you are either.
Thanx cocky and wavesnwheels, I appreciate your input.
Merry Christmas everyone and a happy New Year!!
Ride on......

If you can ride the bike to someplace like a tire shop with an impact wrench, they should come right out. Start with the air pressure really low, and then gradually increase it until the bolts move. Then reinstall them more loosely for the ride home.
One advantage of an impact wrench is that it makes it easier to keep the bit really straight in the bolt head, and easier to push in really hard to keep the bit from backing out of the head when torque is applied, so the head doesn't get buggered up or stripped out.
