Default Bike build question

Hi guys,
Im new here, I got some experience with sport bikes, but first with a harley. I always wanted one, so I am thinking of building one during the long winter months here in Canada. I already have some parts which I got at a real good price from a salvaged bike and have some questions for the pro's here.
So, I have a 95 fatboy frame, a TC 103b engine which I read that can be fit on the early evo frames with an adapter, but will the tranny/primary work with the 200 rear, also have the triple and forks from a '12 breakout, will I have any issue with that? Will probably have more questions during the build, so I appreciate if you can help me out.
thanks

Everything will work but it won't be cheap or easy.

Personally, I would sell all the parts and use the money for a used Harley that is already running. The reason I say this is because I just finished a rebuild of my bike and the costs make me physically sick if I think about it.

The 103 requires 2 adapters ...one to bolt it up in the frame....one to adapt an evo primary... and you will need an evo trans, which will have to be offset. You will have to cut the frame horns, and use an aftermarket swingarm to get a 200 centered in a 95 frame.

Welcome to the STF. I agree that you should sell the parts and save up for a complete Harley. It sounds like more trouble than it's worth

Welcome to the forum from ND. The build you are describing is well beyond anything I have attempted . Keep the updates coming, I would like to see how it all turns out.

Thank for the quick replies.
Forgot to mention I have the engine/trans/primary all together.
Where is a good place to get a aftermarket swingarm?

back in the early 90's .....the trip was fitting the upside downforks and wide rear rims from the jap race bikes on the HD's......offsetting the primary and using 530 chain drive you could easily fit a 180 tire in the stock softail swingarm.....pretty sure you can squeeze a 200 in that 95' FB with a chain conversion and keeping the softail swingarm.

I assume by "engine/trans/primary all together" you have a complete twincam drivetrain...no simple way to put that in a 95 frame...you need to find a twincam frame.
