The lowering kit I used wasthe progressive lowering kit...(just the eyelet looking deal with a few bolts) I slammed it as low as it would go which I think we measured it out to be about 2.5 inches. The ride kinda sucks but my buddy gave it to me for free cause he didn't like the ride and went with something a little more easy on the rear (he's much older than me). It doesn't really bother me all that much unless I hit a bump at high speed then i think it compressed my spine just a little
