i have one on my big honda, but so far everything i've read about them here is the same.
if you like the butterflies (and i do), it's a neat thing. expecting more may leave you disappointed. i want one for my harley too, but i know to see it as just a nice chrome accessory i like.

Cosmetic. They don't give any power, and tbh they look just plain silly.

I'd have to agree...
Just a fancy air cleaner.... might be more open than stock, then again, not sure how much it flows with the butterflies closed...
Not my taste, but all that matters is if you think it looks good on your scoot...
Good luck..

Who cares if it doesn't improve performance, it is awesome looking. Def something I will consider down the line.
The only drawbacks I can think of the shutters can malfunction and also stuff can get in. Is there a mesh for it?
