Default Stock Deluxe front wheel/tire width

Hello all,

Well, I leave in the morning to pick up the Deluxe.. There is one thing that I need to know, though. Can someone quick measure the overall width of the front wheel/tire? I need to build a wheel chock for the enclosed trailer I'm hauling it in (just going to use 2X4's), and don't know how wide to set the chock 'sides'.

If someone could get back to me soon, that would be great. (I'll be leaving at 4 A.M. tomorrow).

Thanks, and can't wait to get this next project underway!

Thanks DFW! Now to get this chock set up.. I'll set the "spacing" at 5.5" to give me a little wiggle room. (And I'll bring my tools just in case).

Yep.

Also you've only got about 6.5 from the edge of the rotor to the outside of the tire... so don't make the chock too tall...

I'll keep that in mind. I previously used the same trailer to haul a Honda Shadow, and actually still had the wheel chock I made for that bike. I'll just modify it a little, and it should work just fine. Pretty excited, to say the least. I can't believe how lucky I got with this deal!
