Default Kuryakyn Mustache Bar Install

I'm trying to install a kuryakyn adjustable mustache bar on a 03 fatboy.
I have run into a bit of a snag with the supplied hardware kit. Has anyone else experienced this same problem. Bought the bar brand new from an independent parts dealer here. I get the down tube pieces together then the attachment to the bar from the down tube. Then when I think im iin the home stretch I hit the snag with the remaining bolts. Any guidance would be appreciated.

It should only attach at 3 points. On the down tubes and the lower frame by the floorboards. Not familiar with the adjustable bar, but with most adjustable things, put it together loosely, then attach it to the bike, then go back and tighten everything.

Here is some pictures, I have it installed on a downtube and cant tighten the bolts up. The other picture shows the clamp to downtube & to the mustache bar itself.

I would call Kuryakyn. My Lindybar took like 5 minutes. Can't imagine what the problem could be...sorry to be of no help. 😟

I called Kuryakyn. I have to go back to place of purchase, upon closer inspection the clamps were not tapped all the way through. One has to love quality control. But I wont slam them for that its also my fault for not looking before I tried putting it together.
