Who needs a 2 ton enima?

I use to ride a chopper without a front brake.
I thought it was cool and looked better.

Until the day I had to stop really quickly or rear end my buddy.
I didn't get stopped and had to run off the rode to keep from hittinghim.

As the bike layed in the ditch in two pieces (I broke the front fork off it was about a 5 foot drop of the rode)
I thought [sm=confused06.gif]maybe I should have a brake on the front wheel too.
Lookingcool, doesn't mean you have to be stupid too.

In my state you can't pass inspection unless your bike came from the factory that way.

Not required in Texas, however if they are on the bike, they have to work to pass inspection. It's definately personal preference. I kept mine.

 

dont have them on my bike. It came that way though. Kind of wish they were there. When your stopped at night and someone is comming up behind you, just hit the back brake to flash it, at least get there attention your there.

 

i think you are crazy for having no turn signals, just asking for trouble. my 2 cents!

 

None on the rear except for the built in on the panacea tail light. (which is useless). I also use hand signals.

For years I've been riding my Wide Glide without turn signals. I like the clean look. Now I want to see my son grow up, so I just ordered a taillight with turn signals built in. I still get the clean look, but the extra safety. As for my new Deluxe, she's staying as is.... for now
