Thanks for your write up and advice. I used as a reference several times. Got my project done last night and everything works like it's supposed to. Could not have done it without your help.

Not to derail (too much!) but how do you like those split vision mirrors? I am thinking of making a move to those...

In my opinion, they are the mack! My F250 has split mirrors, though top and bottom, and I can't stand to drive (or ride) anything without them. MUCH better vision.
