Default Camera Bag for luggage rack - suggestions?

Anyone have any suggestions for a small, padded bag suitable for carrying a DSLR camera plus an extra lens on the luggage rack of a Heritage (I have removed passenger seat and backrest and ride with solo seat only). I currently keep my camera in the saddlebags in a padded bag but find it inconvenient to always be clipping and unclipping those buckles to access the camera for a quick picture. Bag must be easy to attach, sturdy, enough padding to protect the camera and have easy access to put camera in and out. Been searching and searching the internet but it appears that most bags are too big or not padded.

Check out the Pelican cases with the Pick N Pluck foam. Unbeatable quality and protection. I have 6 cases in 5 different sizes and have found some awesome deals on eBay
