Default Mounting passing lamps/turn signals without the bar

2008 Heritage.
I installed a triple tree set which has holes for mounting anything only on the lower trees. I can cut the ears which go into upper tree. Is there is a way/adapter to just install them individually on the lower tree without using the bar at all?

Default lighting

They make a bracket that mounts to the side of the trees for a RK that holds the spot and turn. Maybe adaptable to your trees-they're both FL's though there are differences for sure.

I guess its easier for me to fabricate an L shaped bracket. One for each side for the lower tree only.
