Default Buy a Harley ... Get Your Weight in Beer

Our local Taj Mahal has started a new bike purchase incentive program. Buy a bike, get your weight in beer.

Facebook Post

I suppose desperate times at the dealership call for desperate marketing measures. Judging from the backdrop, it appears the beer they are offering is Coors. I'm not a beer drinker so I don't know where Coors stands in the beer pecking order. But I suspect I shall soon find out. :-)

Financing a toy for 10 years is a really stupid idea.

Coors has one thing going for it - it's not Bud Light

Whats 200# of Coors worth, $100? LOL. Wow, big incentive. Make it my weight in some decent pot and now you're talking.

Right.. but I bet a 10 year loan is double digit interest rate too. That's just nutz... I can't believe anyone would do that... (But they will)

I'd like to see the mug shots of the rocket scientists that sign up for this.
But I guess we'll get to meet some of them when they eventually come here crying about getting screwed by the sales guy. Typical.

a case of beer weighs between 15-25 lbs depending on the type and size of packaging used. so a 200 lb guy is looking at 8 -13 cases. hardly the 'wall of beer' that they are showing in the advertisement. not really much of an incentive, though props for being somewhat original.
