Default ultra limited Gun rack

Thought some of you would appreciate this. I often ride with a side arm, and also forget sometimes i have it on. Not welcome in some of the places i go. So, i made a lockable rack mounted to my gas tank and cylinder heads. I have more pics if there is interest.

Interesting setup. Are the fasteners security style heads? I know that those will just slow down a determined and skilled thief, but for most it is a visual deterant.

I concealed carry daily. Whenever I am riding and encounter places that post no firearms, I usually lock my pistol in the tour pak and keep the magazine on my person.

Far too exposed/ out in the open for me.

I'll stuff mine in its' holster into my bar bag.

Pretty cool. I wouldn’t leave the bike unattended with the gun visible I think that could lead to problems. Always carry. Never tell.

I'm a gun guy and I have to say that might be the dumbest, most useless gun related thing i have ever seen.

That might be a form of open carry.
I don't do that at all and I'm in Texas.

If I really wanted to carry a pistol open on a bike it's gonna be in a holster

" Are the fasteners security style heads?" No, they are just regular !/2 type heads.

"I know that those will just slow down a determined and skilled thief, but for most it is a visual deterant." Thats what i was going for, if i leave it for any length of time i would just lock it up in the tourpak.

"I concealed carry daily. Whenever I am riding and encounter places that post no firearms, I usually lock my pistol in the tour pak and keep the magazine on my person." That is exactly what i do. thanks for your imput.

Your entitled to your opinion. I wasn't doing it for you. So, is it dumb and useless for the cops on bikes to have an AR rack on the bike?
