Question Exhaust Flange Nut Question

I needed an exhaust flange nut, 5/16-24 (HD #7593) so I stopped by my local ACE hardware. They have 5/16-24 flange nuts, but they are stainless steel (Hillman #409092). Will I have a problem with galling if I use a stainless steel nut on an exhaust stud?

I had no problems using the ace hardware stainless nuts on my exhaust for awhile. I used anti-seize and had no problems when installing or removing them eventually.

Be sure to use some kind of anti-seize with stainless.

Just curious as I'll be pulling my exhaust again very soon- what is the preferred nut(s) for replacement? Seems like prices are all over the board. Feuling, for example, seems crazy expensive for simple hardware. Also have seen Colony, Gardner westcott, and some others. Is it the material being used or what? Thanks.
