Hydraulic clutch for 2021 Road King

Is your clutch cable routed through the headlight nacelle? Mine was on a 23 and the clutch pull was harder than on my 08 and the friction point seemed to vary from one start to another. I replaced the new 2 piece cable with one for a '16 King that was the old style and I used the old routing. Things are back the way they used to be now. I believe the routing through the nacelle puts too many sharp bends on the cable and generates a lot of internal friction. Even the Fat Baggers improved adjuster would not have cured the "twistie" routing problem. If you had a cable clutch before and was acceptable, the old style cable and routing might do the job for you and at a fraction of the cost of a hydraulic conversion.
