Default Looking for oil line fitting

I'm trying to find the LONG oil hose fitting that goes in the case vent hole to the left of the oil pump. It looks like a stretched version of the below fitting. Stretched at the NUT. Any help would be appreciated.

The extra long fitting that goes behind the oil pump in the upper hole is vacuum (sorta) that connects to the bottom of the primary on a dry clutch.

The fitting DK shows is correct size for the actual crankcase breather (lower hole) but needs to be a 45° for a Softail or Dyna, Use a 90° for a Touring model to be totally correct by the book best I remember.

All I've said applies only to a '91 and earlier crankcase including cone side Shovelhead.

PS All those fittings are 1/8 npt (pipe) x 3/8 hose
