Default Headlight eyebrow rectangle opening, what do you cover it with?

If you remove your speedometer to relocate, the top eyebrow cover to the headlight has this rectangular space. What are you all putting in that space to fill it in? I want a clean look. I currently have a piece of painted metal cut to fit and have it in there. Are there other things out there I don't know about? What do you have. Post a picture please and let me know what you did.

Thanks

When I had a Sportster I did same, but put some carbon fiber tape on it so it didn't look so plan Jane.
