As the title of your file lists, it is a "Custom" build someone did starting with a Softail model.

 

Definitely looks like a hard tail. My first bike was set up like that and while it looks cool it's not that comfy lol

 

What’s the vin? That tells all, it’s based on a Twin cam era FL Softail is what I can see

 

Looks like a Night train is what it started as. Definitely a Softail. Not sure on year, but it's pre-monoshock.

 

Twin Cam Softail not hardtail. Based on forks it might have started life as a Fatboy. VIN# tells all.
