Default Bike in for major surgery!

Dropped off the bike for the motor swap. 135 crate motor going in. Parts had been on order for about 30 days and they all showed up so here goes! Should get the bike back in about a week. Have a particular tech doing the motor swap, same guy has been working on my bikes for the past 20 years. I really enjoy riding this bike and this is the missing piece. Not cheap but worth it to me and hope to get several more years of enjoyment out of this cvo.

Holy cow. I look forward to hearing the comparison to the stock 117.

Just got it back, super excited. Had time today only for a short ride. Start it up and those mufflers now sound menacing and loud at idle, lol. Effortless power, clutch lever is still very manageable with the stiffer springs. I’ll post more impressions tomorrow after a 200 mile ride. Well worth it since I’m not crazy about the digital displays and new toggle controls on the new cvo’s.
