I have read that many recommend 22 psi for the rear tire pressure on their trikes.

Does this apply to the Freewheeler as well as the triglide?

What about the low profile tires. Are there any issues putting 22 psi in them also?

 

Apparently (been discussed (to death) in other threads),
The TPMS gets upset when the pressure is below 24 psi.

 

ShovelEd: Good news! I am running just a fraciton over 22 psi in my RG3 low profile tires right now, and am NOT getting a TPMS low psi light! I have read that others DO get the light when they go 3 psi below the 26 psi recommended psi, but so far so good for me. But, I would in fairness caution the OP that if you hit a really bad bump, it is conceivable that might bend a rim. I don't know if that has actually ever happend to an RG3 owner, but theoretically possible.
