Tire width usage?
I'm hardtailing my '89 Sportster and have OEM '03 Duece rims laying around. The duece rim is a 17x4.5 (orginal tire size of 160/70/17) and the hardtail I'm using can use up to 140 tire.
My question. What are the dangers of using a 140/70/17 tire on a 17x4.5 rim? According to Google the tire will fit the rim.
