2015 Ultra 6.5 GTS Head Unit output voltage?
I have a 2015 Ultra with a 6.5 GTS head unit which I am adding a amp to. I need the output voltage in order to set the gains on the amp. Can anyone help with that information?

If you have a DD-1 SMD, you can measure the exact volume level your head unit distorts at, Otherwise, a good rule of thumb is 3 bars from the top is safe enough to set gains.
There is a Setting Gains sticky you can follow.

You need the output voltage of the HU? That depends on what flash you have

Have you had it flashed by a Techno Research dealer? Or is it factory?

Gotcha. Check those links I posted. You may have the "ultra flash" and not need a new one.
I'm also curious as to why you want to know HU output voltage?

I recently added a 520watt sound stream amp to the stock head unit and I need to adjust the gains so I keep from blowing speakers.

Gotcha. So you don't need the HU output voltage, you need output voltage from amp. As Teed suggested, check out the sticky page for setting gains.
