Sorry for your loss, but unless there's a lot more parts to go with what's pictured, it isn't worth much.

If you do not have a clear title for it in your name, it is worth only as much as you can get for the parts. Lucky if someone would give you $500 for it.

Post some better pictures here, you might get some guys that see something worth money on your engine and frame

Hard to put a value on it because it is so incomplete.
Is there a clean title, (no lien, not salvage, etc.)?
Do you have the rest of the bike?
Does the motor run?

From what I can see, you may have $3,000-$4,000 worth of parts there (I'm assuming $2,500- $3,000 for the motor & trans & maybe another $1,200- $1,500 for the frame), but that also depends on how much of the bike you have to go with what is pictured.
Does it have the ECU and wire harness, tins, front end, is there a primary, or is it just what is pictured (frame, trans, engine)?
