Motorcycle Jack Suggestions :)

Ahhhhh, fear of the unknown. It's no big deal, any bike lift will work. You can purchase the little plastic (junk) kits to keep it level OR use a couple of blocks of wood under the frame to pick it up level. With around 107,000 on my 07 Dyna, I've changed enough tires, fork oil to attest to the Harbor Freight lift and thin wood leveling blocks.

I’ve used a Harbor Freight jack now for 10 years or so and had at least 6 or 7 bikes on it including a few Twin Cam Dynas.
Never had a single problem with it, although I’ll warn you that the first time you lower it, you might crap your pants.
It’ll appear like it’s going to drop too fast but it won’t.
Don’t try to pussyfoot the lowering pedal. Commit and just mash it.

The "fin" will not get in the way since the "arms" of the lift go towards the front and the back of the engine. If you are going to remove both wheels at the same time strap the bike down good because it gets a bit wobbly! Pull the front wheel first. PS the straps in the picture are on the left side.
