I replaced my clutch cable, now I cannot adjust it, it unthreads at the top part when I try to adjust it. I put the ball and ramp assy. back on right and I also adjusted the clutch pack..Cable is the right size. Any ideas???

 

Simple things that many forget:
Ensure there's slack in the cable.
Ensure the ramp assembly is properly indexed before installing the cover- the correct placement will show more of the cable extended inside the trans cover.

Back off the adjuster screw in the primary.

Then follow the factory procedure.
