Default Adjusting lifters Help!!!

I tried adjusting the Lifters on my 2003 road king classic anniversary. And now I can't get it to run right. Any tips or ideas???

OEM pushrods are solid, not adjustable. So basically, it depends on the thread pitch for How Many Turns.

You need to provide a LOT more information.
Did you change cam and lifters?
Did you change lifters only ? (why?)
As you stated, you adjusted (tried) lifters? Well, I think what you meant was adjust the pushrods. You don't adjust lifters.
Do you have adjustable pushrods? Yes: what brand will determine how many thread turns.
Understanding HOW to adjust pushrods.

Are pistons on TDC on compression? How do you know? Did you pull side cover? Pull spark plugs?
How are you determining TDC?

So yeah, there are LOTS of tips (correct procedures) to follow.
