2024 SG - Heavy Clutch Fix
2024 Street Glide Heavy Clutch Fix using a
Initially I replace the stock clutch cable with one from Fat Baggers Inc. and this seems to make a slight improvement of around 1-2 lbs less in pull weight.
What was really nice was the fact that the adjuster is right up by the clutch lever so you can dial in exactly where you want your clutch to engage.
This only made it some what better and I was still around 8-9lbs of pull weight which was still way to heavy...
Next I installed the Muller Power clutch 120-10 / Parts Unlimited 1130-0003
You will need a new gasket 25701479 and about 4oz of trans oil.
You will need to loosen your whole exhaust system in order to remove the transmission.
This made a world of difference ~45% less force needed and measures around 5-6lb of pulling force but it feels significantly less.
The Muller Power clutch is a must have for these new bikes. In hind sight I would even pay the dealer to install this if that was my only option.

You can't beat the Muller Power Clutch.
What did you do, put the bike on the side stand and remove the Clutch release cover? I have always drained the tranny but may try it your way as I have new gear oil in now. I'm getting ready to install my Muller also.
Did you use the new FBI clutch cable with your stock bars or did you do a bar switch. I have the FBI adjuster but really like the idea of the old school adjuster up by the lever. It's a pain to adjust on the 24.
