Media door cover or replacement?

Default Media door cover or replacement?

Hi all, I have a 2014 street glide special with a gloss black inner fairing / media door which was scratched today by a mechanic..the question I have is it easy to replace the door with a new HD gloss black door and second question if not who does a great quality media door ( and matching left hand ) cover?thanks all Ian Uk

You only need to replace the door cover. It just snaps over the door itself. Open the door and easily pry around the cover egde to remove it. Like when replacing the smartphone cover.

question i have is why isn't the mechanic paying to replace it?

^^^ agreed, YOU don’t have to do anything…the dealer (assuming it was a dealer mechanic, otherwise the indie mechanic) has to pay for and replace it.
