Loving my 2024 Harley Davidson Pan American CVO. I purchased it less than a month ago. Approaching 1800 miles. Havent been on any trips yet. Looking forward to it and preparing. Mostly buying a few extra parts, installing them and buying new protective gear for adventure riding. Getting my camping gear together. Got the Forma Terra Evo Dry X-series boots. Some armored pants that are single layer breathable with aramis thread and kevlar, also with the level 2 armor. Have the coats already but upgraded the back armor to level 2 since the elbows and shoulders already have that. On a weight loss journey so finding some gear that fits is difficult, but it coule be costly losing weight. lol May have to buy more gear if I shrink. But that is probably cheaper than doctor and hospital visits. Since I traded in my beloved (built) 2019 Ultra Limited (Scorched Orange and Satin Black) 5 over 50k miles on it, I didnt used to use my full face unless it was raining or in the winter. With heated gear I would even ride when it was in the 20's and below, as long as there was not salt and chemicals all over the road. But I was never cold. In fact I had to usually have the gear at its lowest settings. The point is that I used a half lid on the Ultra most all of the time. I am now forced to learn how to use the SENA headset I have built into the SHOEI NeoTec 2. Thats the only way to get music, phone calls, FM radio and Navigation audio. Cant wait to get the gear in so I can try some more off road riding. Most likely, will get a set of endo style tires before doing much more than dry dirt trails, and dirt roads. Wouldnt do much off road with the Michelin Scorchers..... Anyway. I fell fully initiated now that I threw the bike Got my first Fault code. I will look for or start a thread on that separately.

Welcome Jeff, to the HDFORUM.

I hope you continue to enjoy your ride here.

Only as a suggestion, by me as a USER, create a signature line similar to my one line on my bike information.

The year, model, and all the letters Harley assigned to the bike. It will appear at the bottom of your post.

Doing this will be helpful if you ask a question. All Harleys aren't the same with many changes and variations over the years.

Of course, you can add it to any thread with a question.

You can also add any other details you choose and a favorite picture to the signature lines.

If you like, you can also add another favorite picture for an Avatar you see at the top left of all your posts as a postage stamp.
