A couple years ago I was going back and forth with Dan Vance about rebuilding a 96 dyna low rider I have, I started picking up parts getting ready to drop everything off, at some point during one of our conversations, I asked about going with larger pistons etc.... his reply along the lines of evo's arent meant for big cubic inches, I'll get that motor running really nice, but they just arent meant for big pistons etc.. when the time comes get yourself something with a twin cam or one of the newer (at the time) M8's if you want something to go bigger with, a few months later I bought the first road glide ST that came into my dealer, ...
