2016 Freewheeler/Motor Trike reverse kit was installed at Buffalo Harley in Orchard Park,NY. Picked up the 2016 in Ohio from a fellow VNVet with 2,200 miles/now 12,300.. Rode three winters and reverse motor was eaten by the 'salt monster'. Went with Motor Trike kit for $2,200 (another H-D junk electric would have cost $1,800). It's amazing...works great...every time. Also have a 2014 Triglide( fair weather only) which will get the same treatment when needed.

 

When the need arises I'll be doing the same. It would be sweet if Harley installed them new but then again they wouldn't sell starters.

 

Udawg,I checked 3 dealers before I found Buffalo H-D that had done quite a few...wanted someone that had experience.

 

Motor Trike's mechanical reverse was well spend money on my TG.
