2024 Road Glide CVO ST Docking Hardware Install
After searching for a bit to find information on how some of you have installed your docking hardware along with the factory shock reservoir mount, i came up with the conclusion that it was possible but all anyone said is they got longer bolts and spacers, that doesnt help anyone. So i decided to write what i found worked after a few trips to the hardware store i had what i needed and it worked perfectly. So here is what you need specifically
x4 2" 5/16-18 bolts (these replace the factory bolts holding the reservoir mount into the fender)
x4 3/4" 5/16 I.D steel spacers
Oem 2014+ docking hardware
basically remove the 4 bolts and remove the reservoir mount from the fender. install docking hardware into fender, put new 2" bolt through the reservoir mount ( on the rear of the mount are 2 holes, you will now use the lower hole) and slide 3/4" spacer onto bolt and insert through the fender, through the docking hardware and torque to spec. I did use blue loctite on these bolts. you should have roughly 1/16" between the reservoir mount and fender, and 1/8'-1/4" of clearance for the saddlebag lid. Hopefully this saves someone. few trips to the hardware store. This will now make your shock reservoirs sit "flat" instead of angled down, i dont think it looks terrible but i may machine a new mount for them at some point so it looks a little cleaner. Nice thing is, docking hardware is on and the resi's arent dangling. I thought about the relocation kit to the front of the bag but i also installed rear crash bars and thought it would be to cluttered and may not fit the same. Also did Kraus bars and risers at the same time and have the new A10 Baja designs headlight coming! WIll update once that is installed as there are no instructions for that as of yet!
Happy Modding!

My wife researched and found the part number for me, and I posted it over on the 2024-Touring-Models forum.

Matt Laidlaw did a video on the mods he's doing on his CVO Road Glide ST. in his video he mentioned a REAR SHOCK RESERVOIR RELOCATION BRACKET but did not provide the part number.

I found the same part number but talked to 5 different dealerships and noone could say when the part would be available. This method cost approximately $26 but would have rather just gotten the kit, but didnt want to wait on an endless timeline as well, Thanks for sharing the link!

If you look at the description, it says "Includes additional components not pictured". The components not pictured are the reservoir brackets.

No I didn’t take a picture, that is a stock photo. I didn’t buy the kit, but bought aluminum spacers and ARP SS bolts instead. After mocking it up, I think the look is horrible using the relocated Harley mount. I bought aftermarket relocation brackets made for the ‘24 CVO ST. I’ll post pictures once I get everything set-up.
