I can't see why it would be an issue, as long as outside diameter and thickness are good. Those five bolts hold it solid. The fact the inner holes on the rotor overlap the outer part of the hub should not matter.

Nice looking rotor, I like it better than the new "sawtooth" style.

If I'm seeing what I think your pointing out. The rotor looks like there is more of the hub showing where the bearing is on one side than the other.

If so, I would think the rotor would not be straight. Could be a bit of debris on the hub or rotor? Bad machining? Remove inspect and clean.

Mount the wheel on your bike without the brake caliper and turn the wheel looking for a wobble of the rotor. Best way is a dial caliper, but a screwdriver on a stool and held in place will tell you if the caliper is moving side to side. If it is, this WILL cause brake issues.

Hope this helps,
Tom

If you mean that the rotor is a little thicker where it meets the hub.
No big deal
I prefer the hub to meet with the diameter of the hole in the rotor, don't want any slop there.

Seeing the seal behind your finger no biggy

i actually noticed the back one does the same thing and most people seem to think its fine because theres would be no major water issues if it got in in there. Im trying to keep everything as classic as possible with my ow style a bit too which isnt much different really but i can to aftermarket new things to my motorcycle. i pput an aftermarket air filter on because i really liked someones but on my bike no i have to stay traditional

I don’t see how it could be a problem. Even if you get caught in a torrential downpour the small amount of water that would get in there should sling right out as your riding along.
