Default Rattle on right side of motor 04 softail

All sudden when my bike is warmed up while it idles on the right side right where says twin cam on my motor its making a rattle noise kinda like a spray paint can rattle noise sounds like its coming from the area I posted the photo of. Anyone have an idea what could be?

Take off cam cover and check out cam chain tensioner shoes. How many miles on bike?

73,088km I bought it when it had 53,786km so not sure what was done to it before I bought it

AT 45k mi I would be replacing all the shoes in that engine with the spring loaded tensioners.

I'll bet if you sit on it the opposite way the the rattle switches to the left side....

~45k miles you need to open the cam chest and have a look see. those cam chain shoes may not look good.

ya im going to take it off and take a look because I have no clue if the previous owner replaced them or not, its a quick easy check

nope it's just the right side, left side sounds normal
