Default Shovelhead FLH Project

I've started a few threads while I was looking for a shovelhead. I ended up getting this 84 FLH

But it's not a stock bike. 93 s&s sidewinder kit installed, 4 speed ratchet top, Primo clutch.

Bike runs and rides great, I just got to figure out what direction I'm going to go cosmetically.

I'm hoping you guys can tell me anything else you notice with the pics.

Is the chain drive on it, stock?

Can I lower this without running into primary rub issues?

Thanks guys and let me know anything else you notice that has been changed out.

I think I have a set of ( non used ) ear plugs that might come in handy for those drag pipes ... You're off to a good start ... Nice scooter

Figure out whats going on with the rear fender and how its mounted. That fender (maybe a repop) is about 20 years older than the bike.

That rear fender caught my eye as well because I also thought it was much older than the bike.
Is that a primary leak?

i would just tidy up the rear fender and ride it around a bit, the bike will tell you what needs to be done mechanically first, then go with the cosmetics. Is that rear sprocket worn? its a nice looking bike

Yes, good looking bike. I think it's already lowered if the shocks are 11" eye to eye. Also, put the bolts in for the fender before putting a lot of miles on.

Thanks guys.

Previous owner said he didn't know anyway to stop the delkron cases from leaking some oil in this area. Any ideas?

Id like to find a catch can to go in place of this filter
